National Parks: National Parks are natural areas of high ecological and cultural values, little transformed by human activity or operation which, because of its beautiful landscapes, representative ecosystems and the uniqueness of its flora, fauna , its geology and geomorphological formations have some ecological, esthetic, cultural, educational and conservation scientists whose merits priority attention and states of interest of the State.
The declaration of an area as National Park is by Act of the Cortes Generales.

Natural Parks: This Parks are natural areas, little disturbed by human exploitation or occupation which, because of its beautiful landscapes, representative ecosystems and the uniqueness of its flora, fauna or geomorphological formations, have some ecological, esthetic, educational and scientific conservation of which deserves priority attention.
The declaration of an area as National Park is by decree of the Government of Andalusia.

Natural spot: the natural spaces are exceptional demands of the unique qualifying securities that are declared as such for the purpose of meeting the conservation of its flora, fauna, geomorphological formation, beauty or other special components of very high natural range.
The declaration of an area as it is Natural Law by the Parliament of Andalusia.

Nature Reserves: The Nature Reserves are natural areas for which it aims to protect ecosystems, biological communities, or who, because of its rarity, fragility, importance or uniqueness warrant a special assessment.
The declaration of an area as a nature reserve is made by Act of Parliament of Andalusia.

Natural Monuments: The Natural Monuments are spaces or elements of nature is basically training noticeable uniqueness, rarity or beauty, which deserve special protection.
Can be considered natural monuments geological formations, paleontological deposits and other elements of the GEA having a special interest in the uniqueness and importance of their scientific values, culture or landscape.
The declaration of an area or element as a Natural Monument is made by decree of the Government of Andalusia.
