Footpath of Alcozayar (PR A-17)

We started the footpath in the town of Alboloduy down the river Nacimiento to drop it. Turn left into the ravine Alcozáyar. We pass under the bridge on the road. To our right leads to the ravine La Campana.

We going walking and see to the left a footpath that take it to go up the right side of Alcozáyar. Following this path to reach the brackish lake. It is a natural cocón where there are small walls that form the salt water tank. From here we see some ruins and the town of Alboloduy and behind us the El peñón de la Reina (Rock and the Queen). We reached an area of pines and pass the pass between this and Rock Hill La Mula.

The path from here down a steep road up the Cuesta de los Catalanes. Once it arrived we will continue to enter the town, where the footpath ends.
